Service Description

JerseyTrainTracker is a free SMS alert service that notifies you when track announcements are made for NJ Transit trains you've subscribed to. You will receive SMS messages when:

• A train track is announced
• A train is cancelled
• A train's departure time changes

Eligibility and Consent

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide
• Receive SMS text messages related to your subscriptions
• Not use this service for commercial purposes or to spam others

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on track announcements. During busy travel times, you may receive multiple messages. Standard SMS rates and data charges may apply.

Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in your confirmation email

Upon sending STOP, all subscriptions will be cancelled and you will receive a confirmation message.

• Delivery of messages (some messages may not be delivered)
